Notes
Licenses for MyWebWorkplace are purchased on a per user basis in
groups of 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 and 2000. Multiple
groups of the same or different sizes can be used to reach the
required number to suit your needs. For instance, for an
organisation of 225, 2 x 100 + 1 x 25 could to used or 1 x 250.
New accounts are initially setup with 3 free
licenses. Licenses are then purchased and applied to the
account as required.
Licenses purchased in a calendar month will be invoiced for at
the beginning of the next month.
Licenses are live for one year from the start date and
automatically renewed and re-invoiced 30 days before the
anniversary of the licenses initially being purchased.
Additional license groups purchased through out the year
(between the anniversary dates) are invoiced on a prorate basis to
fall in synch with the initial license groups purchased.
